This grill press loves a smash burger! That¡¯s because cast iron provides incredible heat retention for the perfect sear and solid weight to get the burger thin and crispy, just like at the diner. It¡¯s great for more than burgers, though. Reach for it to sizzle bacon, sear pork chops, and even toast sandwiches. Just like all Lodge Cast Iron, this cookware is nontoxic, naturally seasoned, and made without PFAS .
